Speaking Engagements
Sharing our personal stories can be both difficult and liberating. For years, I carried the weight of my family’s hidden addiction and the emotional toll it took on me. It wasn’t until I started writing my memoir that I truly understood how this silence had shaped my life and kept me trapped in patterns of codependency and emotional pain.

As I began to share my story with others, I realized that so many of us face similar challenges—whether it’s addiction, grief, or navigating the complexities of family dynamics. This revelation sparked my passion for speaking and using my journey to help others feel seen and heard. I want to create spaces where people can begin their own healing process, knowing they are not alone.

Through my speaking engagements, I offer insights into emotional intelligence, trauma-informed care, and how to break free from the patterns of addiction and codependency that keep us stuck. I’m here to help others navigate their own paths toward healing by sharing the wisdom I’ve gained from my experiences and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

Each talk is designed to inspire, validate, and empower. My goal is to provide a space where people can reconnect with their authentic selves, gain the tools they need for emotional growth, and feel encouraged to move forward with confidence and strength.
