This interactive workshop offers you the time, space, and support to explore what self-care really looks like for you. You'll move through a series of hands-on Self-Care Ritual stations—each offering quick, easy practices you can try, revisit, or make your own.

  • Identify 3 personalized Self-Care Rituals to integrate into your daily routine

Our behaviors and patterns shape how we move through the world—but not all of them serve us well. The path to emotional growth begins with recognizing those patterns and understanding the gap between our intentions and the impact we have on others—and on ourselves.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll use the Enneagram—a powerful personality framework—to deepen self-awareness, expand emotional intelligence, and cultivate empathy.

In this session, you will:

  • Explore the 9 Enneagram types and how they influence behavior, stress responses, and emotional patterns

  • Learn to recognize and shift patterns that no longer serve you

  • Develop strategies to return to center in times of stress

  • Cultivate empathy for yourself and others to strengthen relationships

  • Walk away with practical tools to support personal growth and emotional resilience

Emotional Intelligence (E.Q.) is a vital aspect of how we navigate the world—shaping how we function in the workplace, interact in social settings, and foster deep connections in intimate relationships. The series dives into the four key domains of Emotional Intelligence, based on Daniel Goleman’s model, with the goal of helping individuals:

1) Clarify career and relationship goals

2) Identify and remove barriers holding them back from success

3) Learn emotional regulation techniques and develop a sustainable self-care plan

4) Enhance conflict management and communication skills

Module 1:

Biases & Limiting Beliefs

(3 hours)

Self-awareness begins with examining the lenses through which we see the world. In this module, participants will explore different types of biases, uncover the origins of their limiting beliefs, and learn how to challenge assumptions that may no longer serve them. Through reflection and dialogue, participants will begin to shift their perceptions and expand their capacity for growth.

Module 2:

Empathy, Triggers &

Stress Responses

(3 hours)

Emotional triggers can quietly influence how we respond to others—and to ourselves. In this module, participants will explore the roots and impacts of their emotional triggers, and learn how they affect relationships and daily interactions. The session also dives into various stress responses, helping participants recognize how stress manifests and how to respond with greater awareness and empathy.

Module 3:

Emotional Regulation

(3 hours)

Emotional dysregulation is a normal response to overwhelming or traumatic experiences—but left unaddressed, it can take a toll on our well-being. This module focuses on helping participants identify the emotional and physiological signs of dysregulation and provides practical tools to support emotional regulation. The goal is to foster resilience and restore balance during challenging moments.

Module 4:

Embracing the Discomfort

of Conflict 

(3 hours)

Conflict is inevitable—but when approached with self-awareness, it can become a powerful catalyst for growth. In this module, participants will examine their role in conflict, explore how miscommunication and unresolved issues impact relationships, and learn to communicate more clearly and compassionately. Through practice and reflection, they’ll walk away with tools to navigate conflict with greater ease and confidence.
