This workshop series offers practical, trauma-informed tools to help you identify what’s keeping you stuck, better manage emotions, and communicate more clearly—so you can create lasting change that starts from within.

Module 1:

Uncovering Hidden Narratives

(3 hours)

Many of the patterns that keep us stuck are rooted in unconscious stories we’ve absorbed over time—about ourselves, others, and what’s possible. This session helps you identify those hidden narratives, explore how they impact your behavior and relationships, and begin the process of rewriting them with intention and clarity.

Module 2:

Empathy: The Bridge to Understanding

(3 hours)

Learn how empathy can help you manage emotional triggers, stay grounded under stress, and open the door to deeper understanding—of both yourself and others. Discover how to shift from reactivity to connection, and from tunnel vision to perspective, by building this essential internal and relational bridge.

Module 3:

Emotional Resilience: Regulate, Don't Suppress

(3 hours)

Strengthen your ability to navigate intense emotions without shutting down or lashing out. Learn to recognize emotional cues, regulate your nervous system, and create space between stimulus and response. These tools help you move through challenges with more steadiness, self-awareness, and long-term emotional health.

Embrace the Discomfort

of Conflict

Conflict doesn’t have to mean disconnection. This session offers a new framework for approaching tension with courage and care. Learn how to navigate high-stakes conversations, stay present through discomfort, and create space for understanding—without shutting down, exploding, or avoiding the hard stuff.

This interactive workshop offers you the time, space, and support to explore what self-care really looks like for you. You'll move through a series of hands-on Self-Care Ritual stations—each offering quick, easy practices you can try, revisit, or make your own.

  • Identify 3 personalized Self-Care practices to integrate into your daily routine

  • Connect with 2–3 "Self-Care Partners" for ongoing support

You’ll explore how your Enneagram type formed in response to early pressures—and how understanding it can help you shift what no longer serves you.

For when life gets loud and you just need a minute.

When life feels overwhelming, The Pause offers time, space, and simple tools to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with others.

Each session blends guided reflection, mindfulness practices, and accessible self-care tools rooted in emotional intelligence. It’s not therapy or a performance—it’s a space to reset and recenter, no matter what you’re carrying.

What to expect:

  • A grounding check-in and brief mindfulness practice

  • A reflection prompt or practical tool for emotional clarity

  • A self-care strategy to support you in the days ahead

Come once or come often. Each session stands alone, but returning can deepen your practice and strengthen your sense of community.
